About Me
Around the age of 18, I realized that my deep love for athletics seamlessly translated to the world of business as I recognized fundamental similarities between the two. My very first project was an online video game store named GhanaGames. The second project was a news site that informed readers while leaving them uplifted and optimistic, contrary to the typical bleak media customs.
I'm drawn to problems that intersect markets and people, and most of my work has involved building systems, brands, and operations from the ground up. Currently focused on RentalBlueprint, an operations and systems advisory platform for real estate agents entering property management. I'm always open to conversations about real estate, entrepreneurship, investing, or building things.
Ultimately, I love building things and helping people, and that's what I plan to do for as long as I'm able.
These are the projects I'm currently working on:
The complete operating system for real estate agents building a property management business. Est. 2026
A Discord group of diverse minds to share insights, ideas, and problems. Practice creativity, share inspiration, learn, and connect. In the long term, we build products and invest in startups using a decentralized, democratized structure. Est. 2023
Doing the most good using the resources we have, focusing on equity and effectiveness. The mission is to become the most efficient charitable org by impacting the most human lives per unit of resource. We believe all humans should have access to basic necessities. Est. 2021
We provide extensive real estate services in one of the most vibrant markets in Africa; Accra, Ghana. We help clients buy, sell, rent, and provide consultations and market analysis for developers. We distinguish ourselves by ensuring trust and confidence in our clients through an unwavering commitment to combating fraud and maintaining transparency in all our dealings. Let us show you the beauty of real estate. Est. 2019
We create limited-edition artistic products and experiences in collaboration with brands. Our focus is on bold and unique designs that cater to a fashion-forward youth audience who loves self-expression. Every product is born from the question, What if? Est. 2017
These are some projects I previously worked on:
IPWarehouse was a marketplace providing business owners and entrepreneurs with affordable intellectual property assets. We mainly sold website domains, ecommerse stores, patents, social media accounts, and offered help with legal document formation, asset acquisitions, and value assessments.
An ecommerce store for combat sports gear.
Using Logic Pro X, I made a 70+ song multi-genre royalty-free album for content creators featuring 18 different artists.
Like any young and naive entrepreneur, I started a clothing brand. I learned a ton about everything business-related from accounting and marketing to negotiations and supply chain management.
This event was also picked up by The World News, Techtelegraph, Ournaijanews, and Metaverse is the future.

Conducted professional property tours for a high volume of prospective tenants, highlighting desired amenities and neighborhood benefits to drive lease conversions in a competitive city market. I provided prospects with detailed information regarding unit availability, pricing, and qualification criteria. Guided applicants through the digital application process. Managed on-site marketing visibility by strategically placing and maintaining curb signage and coordinating with the marketing team to report on local market trends and competitor pricing. I also acted as a professional contact for property owners, addressing inquiries regarding unit status, market interest, and vacancy updates with data-backed insights.
I facilitated residential buy and sell transactions by leveraging the Coldwell Banker global network to provide clients with data-driven market valuations and strategic listing exposure. I built a pipeline of prospective clients through proactive networking, events, and digital marketing, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and service. I also managed the end-to-end transaction process, including price negotiations, inspection contingencies, and coordination with lenders and title companies to ensure seamless property transfers.
Managed the full leasing lifecycle, from property tours to drafting leases. Developed and executed a seamless onboarding process, including lease execution, move-in inspections, and digital portal setup. On the marketing side, I built the company's style guide, led digital marketing efforts across major listing platforms and social media, wrote and governed the company’s monthly newsletter, managed, modified, and improved the website, and developed the owner-client onboarding packet. I also served as the primary point of contact for some property owners, providing strategic advice on strategy.
Founded and bootstrapped a full-service real estate brokerage and consultancy, scaling operations to manage a portfolio exceeding $40M in property for sale. I engineered and maintained a robust CRM infrastructure to manage a large property database and client lead pipeline for seamless follow-up and data integrity. I crafted the firm’s brand identity and launched marketing initiatives, including the social presence and the "Paramount Journal," a proprietary industry publication used to drive thought leadership and lead generation. Established a market-leading reputation for transparency by implementing rigorous due diligence protocols and indemnity measures to combat real estate fraud, fostering client trust in a complex emerging market. I also represented the firm at real estate events to capture emerging trends, expand the referral network, and maintain a competitive edge.
I was the first point of contact for residents and visitors, managing inquiries and resolving community-related issues with professionalism and speed. I directed incoming and outgoing packages using tracking systems to ensure 100% accountability and organized inventory management. I oversaw daily food and beverage transactions, maintaining accurate inventory and financial records while ensuring a pleasant point-of-sale experience for customers. I also maintained the cleanliness of the reception and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment that adhered to university hospitality standards.
I performed door-to-door sales campaigns in the competitive Boston metro area, using established selling techniques and on-the-spot negotiation to secure new service contracts and meet aggressive monthly sales targets. I conducted on-site needs assessments for diverse residential clients, identifying specific challenges and tailoring product features to provide immediate solutions. I built and maintained a comprehensive prospect database from the ground up, managing the full sales cycle from cold outreach to price negotiation and contract execution. With the experience, I developed high-level interpersonal skills to handle objections and high-pressure social situations while maintaining a professional brand image for the company.
As a CLO assistant, I helped organize embassy events and cultural programs and compiled datasets to prepare formal reports for offices like FLO and OBC. I contributed to modernizing internal communications by updating the CLO SharePoint site and managing the embassy’s Facebook page. I maintained secure distribution lists and family member databases and managed the CLO resource library. I also helped prepare "Welcome to Post" orientation packets, offering essential local resources for new FSOs and their families, and helped the Sponsor Coordination program, linking incoming personnel with experienced embassy mentors to ease transitions and accelerate productivity.
